This website belongs to Dr. Ahmed Zayed, cosmetic dentist at iSmile Dental Center, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what information the website collects, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

Only what you type into the consultation form:

• Full name and phone number (required)
• Email address, area of interest and message (optional)

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from a public CDN, so your browser contacts those providers when the page opens. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your consultation request, answer your questions and schedule a visit. We do not use your details for anything unrelated, and we do not sell or rent them.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your request is saved in a database hosted by our service provider Supabase and is visible only to the clinic team through a protected dashboard. When a request arrives, a short notification (name, phone number and your message) is also sent to the clinic team through a messaging service so we can reply quickly. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Health information

Please do not send medical records or photos through the website form. Clinical information is collected in person, during your visit, and handled under the clinic's patient-record procedures.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests only as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet the clinic's record-keeping duties, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 108 3387 and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and its date will appear on this page.
